Options

Consuming Goods and Services is the first course in the Financial Education program. Financial literacy is important in the lives of all adult learners. The more we understand about how money can be managed the better we can achieve positive outcomes. The goal of Consuming Goods and Services is to help adult learners develop critical judgement in managing their personal finances and develop the confidence and self-knowledge needed for financial well-being. We will learn to use appropriate strategies as well as recognize and practice critical judgement for all financial choices. Learning to take responsibility for our choices shows self-knowledge as we work towards financial well-being.

ECM 5102-2 Financial Education Pursuing an Education and Entering the Workforce
Options
This is the second course in the Financial Education program. You will participate in a variety of learning situations and activities to look at the financial issues involved in: - Pursuing an education - Entering the workforce You will obtain one Secondary 5 credit when you successfully complete the final exam.
